Project details
Preserving the historic identity of the Courthouse, a heritage-listed hotel, was paramount. The project aimed to retain its cherished historic elements and character while attracting and appealing to a new generation of patrons and visitors.
Harvest Group enlisted our services to support the management of the project, managing the consultants and the head contractor, assisting with design briefing, contract management, negotiations, and value and cost management. Additionally, our team conducted construction inspections on behalf of Harvest Group, ensuring strict adherence to the design and contract while providing valuable recommendations for any necessary variations.
Our role
As project manager, we played a vital role in the comprehensive upgrade of the heritage-listed pub, which covered the façade, internal layout (bar, gaming room, dining room), external areas, and services.
Outcomes
The Courthouse has transformed into a versatile venue accommodating various gatherings. To enhance the overall dining experience, a brand-new outdoor dining and entertainment area has been seamlessly integrated, offering patrons the option of enjoying their indoor and outdoor meals.
