IWG Spaces

An integrated fitout for International Workplace Group (IWG) at 8 Parramatta Square, while the base building was under construction.

IWG initially engaged 4PM to provide local support to their International design team to ensure local codes and standards were correctly interpreted and the fitout designed accordingly.

Following an informed concept design phase, 4PM were appointed to project manage IWG Spaces as an integrated fitout during the base building’s construction phase.

The scope of 4PM’s involvement extended to assisting the IWG International project team, incorporating local consultants for fitout documentation, and seamlessly integrating the fitout into the newly finished 8 Parramatta Square.

By effectively managing integration opportunities with the base building’s construction team, 4PM facilitated the installation of feature ceilings and services, delivering significant time and cost savings for our client.

We successfully coordinated international designers and suppliers to ensure full compliance with all codes and standards required for DA approval and Construction Certificate.

4PM effectively balanced efforts to maximise integration into the base building scope while minimising penalties to the base building contractor’s program.

This collaborative approach resulted in the seamless coordination of fit-out documentation, the attainment of authorities’ approvals, and the timely and within-budget delivery of an integrated fit-out.
