In alignment with LG’s core philosophy, rooted in authenticity and continuous innovation, the 4PM Projects team was responsible for transforming LG’s workspace to echo the contemporary and forward-looking essence of the brand. With a rich history dating back to 1958, LG’s commitment to creating a happier and better life served as the guiding principle for this project.

The endeavour aimed to not only meet but surpass LG’s expectations by providing end-to-end project management services, encompassing stakeholder briefing, landlord engagement, procurement strategy, budget management, and the appointment and coordination of diverse consultant and contractor teams

This comprehensive oversight was critical to ensure compliance, quality, and safety throughout the project.

As LG’s Project Manager, 4PM was pivotal in materialising LG’s vision for their new workspace. The journey began with an in-depth briefing involving 20 divisional leads, representing approximately 250 staff members slated to relocate from their Eastern Creek office premises to the new 8PSQ Building in Parramatta.

Our responsibilities spanned from stakeholder engagement and landlord approvals to strategic procurement and budget management, ensuring that every facet of the project aligned seamlessly with LG’s brand ethos.

Our efforts culminated in a workspace that met LG’s functional requirements and became a physical embodiment of its brand identity. The relocation process was executed seamlessly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. The new office space in the 8PSQ Building in Parramatta caters to LG’s immediate needs and provides a flexible and adaptive environment for future growth.
