The ‘M Bar’ project involved the transformation of an existing space into a sports bar and Thai restaurant. Appointed by the Owner’s agent, 4PM acted as the Project Manager, overseeing the comprehensive fit-out process to meet the modern demands of the hospitality industry.

The scope encompassed evaluating the building’s suitability for the fitout, upgrading essential services, and incorporating modern design elements to create a high-end hospitality venue.

4PM initially conducted a detailed review of the existing building, assessing its structural integrity and services to ensure it could support the envisioned fitout.

A pivotal challenge was overcoming the building’s inherent limitations to meet the project’s modern requirements. 4PM managed this by innovating solutions that maintained the building’s integrity while integrating modern enhancements, particularly in the commercial kitchen and overall fit-out.
