The Oxford & Foley development in Darlinghurst, currently under construction, is poised to become Sony’s new headquarters, signaling the company’s dedication to innovation and expansion.

At the forefront of bringing this vision to life for Sony Music is 4PM in the role of Sony’s Lead Project Manager. With careful planning and strategic oversight, 4PM is spearheading Sony’s fitout and relocation process, ensuring a seamless transition to their new, state-of-the-art headquarters.

Our role

Serving as Sony’s Lead Project Manager, 4PM is overseeing the entire workplace project lifecycle, from the conceptualisation phase to the appointment of fitout contractors and active management of the construction team.

4PM has undertaken a multifaceted role to orchestrate the seamless transition of Sony staff to the upcoming Oxford & Foley development in Darlinghurst.

From the initial stages of interpreting our clients brief, we have actively facilitated the appointment of a full suite of client side Consultants, ensuring a meticulous and strategic approach in preparation for the Construction fit out tender phase.

While the Oxford & Foley base building development is currently under construction, 4PM have taken opportunities to work with the Developers; Toga and Ashe Morgan to integrate critical Sony fit out elements into the base building, saving both cost and time for our client.

Our responsibilities extend to the crucial task of relocating Sony staff from numerous premises, delivering a comprehensive end-to-end service that aligns with Sony’s vision for their new home.
