Project details

The 20 year old commercial facility includes approximately 18,000 sqm of commercial office space, extensive external space (bounded by Lane Cove National Park) and a centralised podium containing a shared external café facility.

Quintessential Equity sought to give 3 Richardson Place a comprehensive transformation, elevating its building amenity to new heights with superior office accommodation, state-of-the-art conference facility, refurbished office lobbies and bathrooms, a ground-floor gym, newly introduced End of Trip Facilities, and the addition of an on-site café.

Our role

We were engaged for the end-to-end project management of Quintessential Equity’s site-wide upgrade strategy for 3 Richardson Place.

Our role encompassed a diverse range of responsibilities, including stakeholder briefings, master plan design schedules, and the appointment and management of consultant and contractor teams.

By facilitating the tendering process and collaborating with an architect, we successfully delivered a master plan that provided Quintessential Equity with strategic options, guiding decisions on the scope of works and internal and external building upgrades.

Throughout our engagement, we demonstrated our versatility by managing various aspects, such as base building upgrades, design and construction contracts, development application processes, closure of fire orders, and assistance with the existing asset’s sub-division.

Outcomes

The collaboration between 4PM Projects and Quintessential Equity resulted in a successful site-wide upgrade. The transformed space now boasts modern amenities, shared facilities, and upgraded external areas.

By efficiently managing diverse aspects, we contributed to the client’s vision of creating an enhanced and contemporary environment.
