One of our key responsibilities was coordinating the design team to secure approvals from the council and private certifiers, essential to proceed with the cladding replacement.

Additionally, we ensured seamless coordination between the owner, tenant, council, consultants, and the contractor. Our involvement extended to a review of contractor progress claims and variations and conducting thorough inspections on behalf of the owner.

This comprehensive oversight was critical to ensure compliance, quality, and safety throughout the project.

A critical project arose involving the replacement of non-compliant cladding to two medical centres with compliant alternatives. This task encompassed design, construction, and certification and was characterised by urgency and regulatory requirements.

We took on the entire project, managing it from inception to successful completion. This encompassed initiating the fire order process on behalf of the owner and navigating the intricacies of regulatory compliance.
