4PM was selected by Brennan for a crucial role in the design development phase of a significant project, focusing on the industrial base building upgrade and the new internal fitout.
Our role
Our responsibilities encompassed overseeing the design development to ensure alignment with Brennan’s objectives, as well as scrutinising the Head Contractor’s trade pricing proposal.
This critical analysis was aimed at optimising cost-effectiveness and efficiency throughout the construction process, ensuring that the project meets the high standards expected by Brennan.
Outcomes
The project showcases a high level of design aesthetic, achieved through active coordination with base building integration.
This hands-on approach in coordinating design and services phases led to significant time and cost savings. Furthermore, effective collaboration with the build team facilitated the development of sensible building solutions, marrying aesthetic goals with practical construction methodologies.
