The project involved a strategic initiative to consolidate multiple PepsiCo sites into a singular central location, streamlining operations for increased efficiency and collaboration.

Our role

As the ongoing project manager, our role extended beyond mere consolidation, incorporating comprehensive leasing advice to secure base building and leasing benefits for PepsiCo. We undertook a significant pre-design briefing phase, engaging with over 12 PepsiCo departments to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their unique requirements.

Recognising the urgency of PepsiCo’s internal change requirements, the overall program was condensed through effective collaboration with consultants and the head contractor.

Outcomes

Despite the dynamic nature of the project, strict budget adherence was maintained, ensuring the delivery of the project within the predetermined financial constraints and ultimately providing PepsiCo with a centralised and optimised workspace aligned with their operational and budgetary objectives.

Our strategic planning experience allowed for a successful staged fit out whilst PepsiCo remained in occupation and the building works occurred around them, safely and with minimal disruption.
